Women's Yoga Retreat

Octavia and fellow Iyengar teacher Athena Pappas will teach a three night residential retreat at Oz Farm. Registration opens in 2010.
If you have a serious injury or medical condition, please contact Octavia before registering for a workshop to discuss whether it is appropriate for you. You can register for all workshops at the studios where they are being held, except for the Women's Retreat which is done directly through Octavia.
